CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a $30 booking fee is required, which will be applied to your service. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours or more than 2 times will require a new booking fee. We will finalize your appointment once payment is received and confirmed. Please notify your Lash Tech if you expect to be more than 10 minutes late. To prepare for your appointment, avoid using mascara, lash curlers, and strip lashes for 48 hours prior. Lash fills are recommended every 1-3 weeks, and appointments beyond this timeframe may incur an additional $20 per week or require a full set. If you notice any issues or have concerns during or after your appointment, please inform us within 72 hours. Otherwise, a new appointment will be considered a fill.
